My pedometer app reads 7822 steps today, 3.7 miles. Not too bad. Also did a few sets of curls... not much because I was lifting and such at work. As for the diet today... you don't want to know. :/

Pedometer app on my phone. Icandothatwalkingchallenge.com account and bracelet (woo). Started my morning with about 45 minutes of stretching and yoga type stuff, followed by about ten minutes upper and 15 minutes lower body workout. Pedometer app says almost 4000 steps so far today at work. I like to move it move it. No breakfast, shitty lunch. Whatever.

Hours of failed sleep. 2 antihistamines, 2 ibuprofen, 1 glass if water, 1 glass of watered down kool-aid. 2 more slices of yesterday's pizza (same size).

A bit after the fact, but here's dinner! I had 2.5 bowls of homemade albondigas soup (the half bowl was pretty much just meatballs, hah), 3 slices of homemade pizza (about 4" squares), 1 glass of lemon-lime soda, 2 glasses of water, and I'm about to say shove off to this stupid lingering head cold and have a few scoops of ice cream. Hah! Take THAT, conventional wisdom! [Edit to note: There's no ice cream. There were 4 containers this morning. Make that a slice of Buttermilk Cinnamon Streusel Cake, instead!]
In terms of today's exercise (besides the walking/running like crazy at work), I did 3 sets of 20 reps on each arm both regular curls and split-lunge-curl (2 sets at 15lbs, 1 set at 20lbs), about 45 minutes of yoga (bisected by a zoning-out session of about 10 minutes), and some 20lbs overhead triceps work (I don't know what to really call it, and I don't much care). Also, sneezing all day has left my core ridiculously sore, and blowing my nose has done nothing for this sinus pressure. Yay.
