Here begins my charting blah. Food, exercise, and whatever. Here goes… Lunch today consisted of a Pure Protein bar (s'mores flavored, the only good one…). 180 calories, 19g of protein, 20g carbs and only 2g sugar. Not bad! Washed down with one of the few kinds of energy drinks I drink. It hit 98 degrees today, it's going to be a hot summer...
